With extensive experience in recruitment, executive search, and talent acquisition, Robert has a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in the UK, European, and North American markets.

Gregg Allan
Throughout Gregg's successful career spanning over two decades in recruitment, he has held prominent senior positions and garnered a strong reputation within the industry. Throughout his journey, Gregg has been instrumental in developing high-performing and award-winning teams, while also establishing divisions from the ground up.
The majority of Gregg's career has been focused on the Financial Services sector, where he has served as the number one supplier for various institutions, including Tier 1 Banks, leading Asset Managers, and the Big 4. He has covered practically all areas within financial services, from front to back, either by building and leading teams himself or having general oversight of the team. Gregg's particular strengths, however, lie in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Actuarial Sciences, and Quantitative Analysis. More recently, he has been actively involved in ESG-related initiatives as well.
With a wealth of experience in recruitment, executive search, and talent acquisition, Gregg has an exceptional track record of delivering successful projects in the UK, European, and North American markets.
At Ingenii Search, Gregg leads the Financial Services and ESG divisions, overseeing a team of specialist consultants proficient in talent identification and delivery for permanent, interim, and executive search resourcing in these expansive fields.

Niall has been with Ingenii Search since inception and is a shareholder and director. His expertise lies in delivering exceptional technology staff across interim and permanent recruitment, spanning various niches like DevOps, Data, AI, Architecture, Developers and Delivery, coupled with his finance past. His particular passion revolves around his contribution to embedded recruitment projects.
Notably, Niall has played a vital role in developing and implementing senior staffing strategies from private $ billion businesses to listed firms as well as providing clear technical direction to start up and scale up organisations on rapid expansion.
With an extensive background in recruitment, Niall possesses a wealth of experience in successfully catering to the UK, European, and North American markets within niche markets.
